Information about non verbal communication skills (Fundamental of communication)

Nonverbal communication is the process of sending and receiving messages without using words, either spoken or written. Also called manual language.
Similar to the way that italicizing emphasizes written the language, the nonverbal behavior may emphasize parts of a verbal message.
Do actions speaks louder than words??? yes!!! people speaks using their vocal chords but they converse using their entire bodies!!!
